30 Day Return Policy
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. No returns are made after 30 days from the date you've received your items.
How do I apply for an after-sales?
1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return & Exchange" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like and the reason(s) to request the refund/return.
4. We'll be in touch with solutions after we receive your information.
Please read the following return requirements carefully before applying for a return.
• Ensure that the product is unused.
• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included.
We do not accept return requests as below:
• Returned items that are worn, damaged or have been altered in any way by the customer
• Customer refuses to sign for the order without reason
• Customer has chosen the wrong model
• Wrong address resulting in not receiving the package
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide shipping labels.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse.
• We will give you a refund upon receipt of the return package to confirm that it meets the requirements.
• To return a package, please contact our Customer Service (Contact us) for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
• PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
• Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
• Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours
• For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
